Under Title 29 Section 6933, Government Support Service has joined the NASPO ValuePoint (NVP) cooperative contract for the procurement of Cloud Services with the State of Utah serving as the Lead State. The use of this contract requires an approved business case by the Department of Technology and Information (DTI).

This contract has transitioned to DTI for management, under Delaware Code Title 29, Chapter 90, Section 9016E.

REF: Title 29, Chapter 9016E(a) Delaware Code. The Department shall establish statewide technology standards for use in the procurement process. Further, if the Department has entered into a statewide contract for technology services or resources, then that contract is mandatory use for state agencies.
